The Power of Fun!
Dave has been speaking professionally for many years on The Power of Fun and how important it is to live life to the fullest and, well, have fun doing it! He’s been the creator of viral professional sports teams mascots and has an immense background in building cultures that thrive.
When Dave came to us, we needed to help organize his tech stack across all three pillars: operations, sales, and marketing. From on-stage technology, to CRMs and project management, all the way to SEO on content organization, we covered it all to help Dave create his optimal business experience.
We took a high-level look at Dave’s systems and processes and used our proprietary SpeakerFlow template to get everything in order. We then got to work helping him organize and create processes around operations, sales, and marketing so he could spend less time in the business and more time creating content. We helped implement a CRM, content strategy, project management, file organization, email marketing, and more to craft Dave’s optimal business experience.
