Ann Cecil-Sterman is coach and speaker that talks about the power of Advanced Acupuncture. After building her a brand new website, extensive automation was needed to transfer data between her site, CRM, and email lists. Due to a dedicated following and course-work offering, they needed a solution that wouldn’t require a human to manually do data entry, send emails, and transfer data from her online store to her CRM.

The Solution

In order to save on the expense of complex tools and employees to manually do this work, we took their current technology stack and integrated everything with Zapier. By using Zapier, we were able to automate 200+ hours per work per year, plus thousands in tool and employee expenses. We we able to integrate every tool they had in order to create streamlined efficiency in their data collection process. 

How This Helped Ann

Our automations saved Ann and her team 4-5 hours per week. This equates to over 200 hours of work saved per year.As a result of the automation, aside from creating a streamlined methodology for collecting data, we were able to save her and her team $8,000 per year in administrative fees and around $5000 per year in technology expenses they would have otherwise spent without our strategy. That’s $13,000 saved annually!
